ABOUT
Quinci is an actor and musician from Portland, Oregon. She still managed to receive her BFA in acting with a music minor from Southern Oregon University even in the midst of COVID-19 and graduated in June of 2020.
As an awkward, painfully shy, Black and nerdy middle schooler, she struggled to find her place in this world. That was until she auditioned for a theater troupe in Portland at 11 years old. Since then, she has thrived on stages across the state including the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Oregon Cabaret Theatre, and Portland Playhouse. She won third place in the August Wilson Monologue Competition at age 16. To compete, she trained with actor Russell Hornsby and performed on a Broadway stage.
Although acting is her calling, music comes in at a close second. She has trained in many vocal genres from jazz to musical theatre to classical. At 8 years old she began piano lessons and still can't get enough of it.
